This 6-week course explores the essential Foundations of a Vinyasa practice - for beginners, those returning after injury/break or to gain confidence before joining a group class. Learn at your own pace, at a time that suits you, with 3-months access to 12 videos for only CHF45

Understand safe alignment in the various Asana families; how to link movement to breath; guided relaxation & mindful awareness with a sprinkling of essential Yoga Philosophies. Most importantly explore safe alignment and accommodations in YOUR body for a healthy and sustainable practice in the long term.

6 x 1-hour classes & 6 x shorter (15-30mins) home-practice videos to recap key points from the main class. 3-months to enjoy and repeat the videos at your convenience.

Benefits of a regular yoga practice can include improved mobility, strength, balance, posture, bone density and proprioception. It can have positive effects on your Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Nervous and Immune Systems. Use your body as a focal point for the mind & breath and learn to self-regulate your responses to challenging situations. Start from where you are and practice when you can. But do start!
