I walk this path behind so many who have inspired and supported me.
From the Maida Vale Iyengar Institute where it all started; to Frank where I got hooked; to Patti where it re-started; Stefano who inspired me to go deeper; Edgar & Wilson who taught me to teach; Andrea’s generosity & wisdom; StudioHQ’s love & support; Jason for lifting me to the next level; Melissa, Anne, Krista & Mette who hold me at every step; the Fabulous Feisty girls who regularly revive me; the Mermaids who found love in the cold; Diana my sister on this path, and my rock ….. and of course to Luke, Abbie & Jack - my largest life lessons - and Mike who never fails to support and lift me up in everything that I do.
And to my wonderful students who continue to teach me every day.
