Health & Safety
Yoga is a safe and effective form of exercise; and I take much care to ensure your well being. However, it is required that you take full responsibility for your own practice in class, both in-person, online or when following a Video.
SimplyYoga students are asked to complete a registration form and health questionnaire before joining a class. You choose what information to declare, and commit to updating me of any change of circumstance that could affect your yoga practice. It is your responsibility to discuss any health concerns with a health care professional and to make me (the teacher) aware of any medical conditions, complications or physical limitations before class.
You must agree to honour your body by adjusting the practice according to your own capabilities and needs to ensure that no personal injury occurs. If any instruction or action causes pain or discomfort in your mind or body you must refrain from doing it and are invited to ask me for advice and alternatives during or after class. Should injury occur during class, I cannot be held accountable.
Please read my full Health & Safety Disclaimer before joining any classes or using any videos.
Students also respect equipment and facilities indoors and outdoors and ensure careful use and compliance with instruction. They also maintain respectful attitudes towards other students and don’t undertake any behaviour that limits another’s enjoyment of their practice.

SimplyYoga disclaims any responsibility in the event of damage from an accident or disease directly or indirectly related to the activites offered. By registering them, the legal guardian of the child/teen gives the discharge.
The other provisions for these terms and conditions shall apply by analogy to kids and teens in class under the responsibility of the respective legal guardians.
