As the temperature drops we may want to curl up somewhere warm to hide. But movement is crucial! Regularly using our spine and joints to their full range is vital to healthy aging and posture not to mention improving bones, balance, mental health and enhancing the function of immune, nervous, circulatory and respiratory systems - much needed in winter!
But how to fit it into daily life? Try a short class before your day starts or grab the video when it works for you. Feel the difference a regular practice makes to your body and mind!
EarlyBird classes offer 30 mins of gentle flow to move mindfully and improve circulation in joints & fascia as you unwind deeply held tension. These gentle but powerful classes are suitable for ALL - leaving you energised, focussed and ready to embrace your day. Simply roll out of bed and practice in PJs or get the video replay valid for 3 days.
