It’s a little sad when summer ends but the ‘new term’ is a great time to prioritise our wellbeing and recommit to healthy habits. The shift to Autumn helps us slow down and turn our attention inside, towards our own needs. Regular movement is crucial for healthy aging, vitality and immune health - not to mention our mental wellbeing - but how to fit it in to a busy life?
Try shorter classes before your day starts, plus the video replay when it suits. These gentle 30-min classes improve circulation in joints and fascia leaving you energised, focussed and ready to embrace your day. ‘Little but often’ is one of the healthiest ways to work with your body and the more regularly you practice, the better you will feel.
If a goal would help, try all 24 EarlyBird classes in Sep/Oct as you let go of summer and welcome this beautiful season. These classes are suitable for ALL - even if you haven’t moved for a while. Roll out of bed and practice in PJs, then get the video replay to repeat or catch anything you missed
Roll out of bed and join live - from your room, in your pjs, with your camera off - whatever works, just get on your mat and start the day well
Or get the video (valid 3days) to enjoy as a desk break or end to the day
