Don’t have time for yoga? So many people tell me they want to create a regular practice but just can’t fit it into their schedule. Try a shorter class before your day starts or get 3 videos/week to fit in when it works for you. Feel the difference a regular practice makes to your body and mind!
EarlyBird classes offer 30 mins of gentle flow to stretch and breathe into each layer of your being, leaving you energised, focussed and ready to embrace your day. They are suitable for ALL If you can’t manage the early morning online class get the video replay to use when you want (valid 36h from end of Online class)
